Quality and Compassionate Care is a home care agency in Bristol, supporting people in their own homes across the city. With needs that varied, we plan support one person at a time rather than offering a fixed package. We begin by listening to the person and anyone they want present, work out what the day and the week actually need to look like, and write the plan around that. Plans are reviewed when circumstances change, and we ask clients and families to tell us plainly when something is not working so we can put it right quickly. We keep the same small team visiting each person wherever we can, and our carers are trained for the particular needs of the people they see.
