About Chase Home Care
Chase Home Care provides support at home for people across Bristol. Needing help should not mean giving up the house, the street and the routines somebody has built over years, and our work is to make sure it does not. Our carers visit older people who need assistance with personal care, medication, meals, mobility or the domestic jobs that quietly turn into obstacles. We support people living with dementia in the surroundings that already make sense to them. We also work with people managing mental health conditions, people living with a physical disability, people who have sight or hearing loss, younger adults, and people living with an eating disorder, work that depends on patience and reliability above all. Every plan starts with a conversation about how the person likes their day to run and what they would rather do themselves. We review arrangements as needs change and aim to send familiar carers, because trust is what allows somebody to be honest about how they are really getting on. We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission, and we prefer to state that at the outset. If you would like to talk about care at home in Bristol, please get in touch and we will arrange to visit.
