About Lime Street
Lime Street is a residential care home in Evesham supporting adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people living with a physical disability and people with sight or hearing loss, including younger adults. Our starting point is always the individual. We spend time learning how somebody communicates, what they enjoy, what unsettles them and what helps them settle again, and we make sure the whole team understands those things in the same way. Consistency is what allows a person to relax, and it is also what lets us notice early when something is not right. The day here belongs to the people who live in the house. People get up when they are ready, spend their time on what genuinely interests them and keep as much charge of their own routine as they want. Respite stays are available as well. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are proud of it and clear that a rating reflects a point in time. What keeps a house like this good is the daily effort of knowing people properly. Visitors are always welcome.
