About HF Trust - 1 & 2 Clementi Court Houses
We are the HF Trust houses at Clementi Court in Evesham, supporting adults with a learning disability or autism. We offer permanent places and respite stays. We run the houses as homes rather than units. The people living here decide the everyday things: what is cooked, what time the day starts, whether today is one for going out or staying in, who comes to visit and when. Staff are here to make those choices workable and to step back from whatever somebody can manage alone or wants to learn to manage. Where a person wants to build skills, we support it at their pace. Cooking, shopping, handling money, using the bus, keeping up a job, a course or a volunteering placement. Confidence is the measure that matters here, and it does not arrive on a schedule. Communication gets careful attention. A number of the people we support get their point across in ways other than speech, and understanding somebody properly is what allows them to direct their own life rather than have it arranged around them. Evesham is on the doorstep and people here use it, keeping up interests and friendships from before they moved in. We work closely with families and the professionals involved. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. If you are looking for a place or a respite stay in Worcestershire, please get in touch and come and visit.
