About Beaufort House
Here at Beaufort House, we are a residential care home based in Woking, Surrey, and we are proud to support a genuinely diverse group of people under one roof. Our team works with older adults, younger adults, people living with a learning disability or autism, those experiencing mental health difficulties, and individuals with a physical disability. We also offer respite care for those who need a short break or a period of additional support. We know that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a person or their family will ever make, and we do not take that lightly. From the very first conversation, we try to make sure people feel heard and genuinely involved in decisions about their own care. Every person who comes to live with us has their own history, preferences and way of doing things, and we make it our business to get to know them properly. Our approach is straightforward. We want life at Beaufort House to feel as comfortable and as normal as possible. That means maintaining routines that matter to people, encouraging independence wherever we can, and making sure our environment feels like a home rather than an institution. We believe good care is built on honest relationships and consistency, and our team works hard to provide both. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of "good". That outcome reflects the effort our staff put in every single day, and it gives families reassurance that the care their loved ones receive here meets a high standard. If you would like to find out whether Beaufort House could be the right fit for you or someone you care about, we would warmly welcome the chance to have a conversation and show you around.
