Here at Dimensions Somerset The Saplings, we are a residential care home based in Taunton, Somerset, supporting a range of people with different needs and backgrounds. We work with older adults, younger adults, people with learning disabilities and autism, and we also offer respite care for those who need a short break or temporary support.
