About Peacehaven
Here at Peacehaven, we provide residential care for older people in the heart of Southport, Sefton. We are a care home that genuinely feels like a home, and that matters to us more than anything else. When someone moves in, or when a family is looking for a short respite stay, we want them to feel settled, respected and at ease from the very first day. Our team supports older people with their day to day living, making sure that each person receives care that is tailored to who they are rather than a one size fits all approach. We take time to get to know the people in our care, their routines, their preferences, the small things that make their day better. That kind of attentiveness shapes everything we do here. We offer residential care for those who need ongoing support, as well as respite care for people who need a temporary stay, whether that is to recover after a period of illness or to give family carers some time to rest. Both are treated with exactly the same level of attention and warmth. We are proud that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good. That rating reflects the hard work of our whole team and, more importantly, the experiences of the people who live with us and their families.
