About Benridge Residential Care Home
At Benridge Residential Care Home in Southport, Sefton, we provide a genuine home for the people who live with us. We are a care home that supports older adults across a wide range of needs, and we take real pride in getting to know each resident as an individual rather than simply addressing a diagnosis or a care plan. Our team is experienced in supporting people living with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We also provide residential care for those affected by eating disorders and alcohol or drug misuse, and we offer respite care for people who need a shorter stay, whether that is to recover, recharge, or simply to give a family carer some breathing space. We know that moving into a care home, or supporting a loved one to do so, can feel like a significant step. Our approach is to make that transition as straightforward and as comfortable as possible. We take time to understand what matters to each person, what their routines look like, what they enjoy, and how they prefer to be supported. That understanding shapes everything we do day to day. Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, and we see that as a reflection of the consistency and attentiveness that our staff bring to their work every single day. We do not stand still on the strength of that rating though. We are always looking at how we can do things better and how we can make life here feel richer and more connected for the people in our care. If you would like to find out more about Benridge or come and have a look around, we would be very happy to hear from you. We welcome visits and are always glad to have an honest conversation about whether we might be the right fit.
