About Saint Jude Care Home
Here at Saint Jude Care Home, we provide residential and dementia care for older people in the heart of Liverpool, Sefton. Our home is a place where residents can feel genuinely comfortable, supported and at ease, whether they are joining us for a short respite stay or making this their long term home. We support older people with a range of needs, including those living with dementia. We understand that moving into a care home is a significant step, and we take that responsibility seriously. Getting to know each resident as an individual, understanding their routines, their preferences and what matters most to them in daily life, is central to how we work. Care here is not one size fits all, and we take time to build real relationships with residents and their families. Respite care is also something we offer for those who need a planned or short notice break. We know how much families rely on one another, and we want to make sure that when someone comes to us for a shorter stay, they receive exactly the same warmth and attention as any other resident. We want to be honest. Our most recent CQC rating reflects that there are areas where we have needed to improve, and we are working through those changes with focus and sincerity. We are committed to being open with families about where we are on that journey, and we welcome questions and visits from anyone who wants to see our home for themselves. If you are considering care for a loved one and would like to come and have a look around or simply have a conversation, please do get in touch. We are always happy to talk things through and help families find the right path forward.
