About New Directions Limited - Aintree Lane
Here at Sefton New Directions, Aintree Lane, we provide residential care for younger adults with learning disabilities and autism in the heart of Liverpool, Sefton. We also offer respite care, giving families and carers the chance to take a break while knowing their loved ones are well supported and in a familiar, welcoming environment. We understand that moving into a care home, or even visiting for a short stay, is a significant step for anyone. That is why we work hard to make sure every person who comes through our door feels genuinely at home. We take the time to get to know each individual, their preferences, routines, interests and goals, so that the support we offer fits around them rather than the other way around. Our team works closely with residents, families and other professionals to make sure the care we provide is consistent, respectful and person centred. We believe that everyone, regardless of their needs, deserves to live as independently and as fully as possible, and we do everything we can to support that. We are pleased to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the commitment and thoughtfulness of everyone who works here. We do not take that lightly, and we continue to look for ways to improve and grow as a home. For those who come to us for respite, we aim to provide the same quality of care and the same warm welcome as we would for any long term resident. Short stays matter just as much to us, and we want everyone to leave feeling that their time with us was positive and worthwhile. If you would like to find out more about what we offer, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We are always happy to have a conversation.
