About Craignair Care Home
Here at Craignair Care Home, we are proud to be a trusted part of the Liverpool and Sefton community, providing a warm and caring environment where residents feel genuinely at home. We support a wide range of individuals, including older adults, those living with dementia, people managing mental health conditions, and younger adults who require residential care. We also offer respite care for those who need a short term stay, whether that is to recover, to give family members a well earned rest, or simply to try life with us before making a longer term decision. Whatever brings someone through our doors, we do our very best to make them feel settled, respected, and valued from day one. Dementia care is something we take particularly seriously here. We understand how much it matters to maintain familiarity and routine for residents living with memory conditions, and we work closely with families to ensure that the personal history, preferences, and personalities of each individual remain at the heart of the care we provide. We are pleased that our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, which reflects the effort and commitment of everyone who works here. That said, we never see a good rating as a reason to stand still. We are always looking at ways to improve the experience for our residents, listening to feedback and making changes where they are needed. Our team genuinely cares about the people who live here. Relationships matter to us, and we take time to get to know residents and their families properly. We believe that good care is built on trust, and that trust takes time, consistency, and honesty. If you would like to find out more about life at Craignair, we would love to hear from you.
