About Turnbull Close
Here at Turnbull Close, we provide residential care for a wide range of people in the heart of Greenhithe, Kent. Our team supports older adults, younger adults, people living with a learning disability or autism, and those with physical disabilities. We also offer respite care for people who need a short break from their usual living arrangement, as well as for the families and carers who support them. We are proud to hold a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the genuine effort our staff put in every single day to make sure the people living here feel safe, respected and at home. That rating matters to us not as a badge but as a measure of how well we are doing right by the people in our care. What we try to get right, above all else, is the small stuff. Knowing how someone takes their tea, understanding what makes a person anxious, remembering the television programme they never miss. These things shape the quality of someone's day far more than grand gestures ever could, and our team takes them seriously. We understand that choosing a care home, whether for yourself or for someone you love, is one of the most significant decisions a family can face. We welcome visits and conversations without any pressure, because we want people to feel genuinely comfortable before they make any decisions. We are always happy to show you around, answer your questions honestly and give you a real sense of what life here looks like day to day. If you would like to find out more about Turnbull Close and whether we might be the right fit for you or your loved one, please do get in touch. We would be glad to hear from you.
