Safe
Inspectors found that risks to people's health and safety had been assessed, and medicines were managed safely. Staff were recruited safely, with safety checks done before they started work. There were enough staff, although staff said they were rushed at times, and the manager was increasing the number of staff on each shift.
Well-led
Inspectors found that management had improved since the last inspection, and a new manager had been appointed. Audits had not identified some records that were not up to date and were inaccurate, and the manager took immediate action. The provider was no longer in breach of regulations, and inspectors will check at the next inspection that improvements have continued.
