About The Limes Residential Home
Here at The Limes Residential Home in Bembridge, on the beautiful Isle of Wight, we provide a warm and homely environment where older people can live well and feel genuinely at ease. We are proud to have received a "good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the commitment our team brings to everything we do each day. We care for older adults with a range of needs, including residential care, dementia care and support for those living with a physical disability. We also offer respite care for those who need a shorter stay, whether to recover after a period in hospital or to give a family carer some time to rest. Whatever brings someone through our doors, we do our best to make sure they feel welcomed and valued from the very first day. Dementia care is an area we take particularly seriously. We understand how important it is for residents living with dementia to feel safe, familiar with their surroundings and supported by people who truly understand their needs. We work closely with families to make sure we get to know each resident as a person, not just as a set of care requirements. Bembridge is a lovely part of the Isle of Wight, and we feel fortunate to be situated here. The sense of community matters to us, and we try to reflect that in the way we run The Limes. Life here is as active or as relaxed as each resident would like it to be, and we always encourage people to maintain the routines and interests that matter most to them. If you would like to find out more about life at The Limes, or to arrange a visit, we would be very happy to hear from you.
