About Lily Close
Here at Lily Close, we are a residential care home based in Rainham, Havering, and we are proud to support a wide range of people within our local community and beyond. We work with older adults, younger adults, people living with a learning disability or autism, and those with physical disabilities. We also offer respite care, which we know can make a real difference to families and carers who need some additional support or breathing space. Whatever brings someone to us, we take the time to get to know each person properly, because good care starts with genuinely understanding who someone is and what matters to them. Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, and that means a great deal to our team. It reflects the effort that goes into the day to day life of this home, not just the care we provide but the environment we try to create, one where people feel comfortable, respected, and at ease. We believe that living in a care home should still feel like living. That means maintaining routines that matter to people, encouraging independence where possible, and making sure that everyone here has a voice in how their care is shaped. We involve residents and their families as much as they would like to be involved, and we keep communication open and honest throughout. Our staff work hard to build real relationships with the people they support. That consistency and familiarity is something we genuinely value, because we know how much it matters to the people in our care. If you are considering Lily Close for yourself or someone you love, we would warmly encourage you to get in touch or come and visit us. We are always happy to talk things through and answer any questions you might have.
