We specialise in older person care, residential care and respite care, and we take the time to get to know each person as an individual. What matters to the people we support matters to us, and we work to make sure that routines, preferences and personal histories are at the heart of how we provide care rather than an afterthought. We are honest about where we are as a service. Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in a rating of requires improvement, and we are not shying away from that. We have taken the findings seriously and are actively working through the areas identified, making real changes to the way we operate. We believe the people who live with us and their families deserve that transparency, and we are committed to demonstrating through our actions that things are moving in the right direction. Eastbourne is a lovely part of the country, and being based here means we are well placed for families visiting from across East Sussex and beyond.
