Safe
Inspectors found that medicines were managed safely. The provider was following best practice guidance on stopping the over-medication of people living with a learning disability.
Effective
Staff had access to a wide range of training. They sought advice from healthcare professionals. Inspectors found the provider supported staff through person-centred care planning, training and supervision.
Caring
Inspectors found a friendly atmosphere at the home. Staff knew people very well, including their daily routines and what was important to them. Staff supported people to use the local community and take part in activities of their choice.
Well-led
Inspectors found a positive culture where people, staff and relatives felt listened to. Quality assurance systems were in place, which inspectors said ensured high standards were maintained.
