We also offer respite care for those who need a shorter stay, whether planned or at short notice. We understand that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a person and their family will ever make. That is why we work hard to ensure that everyone who walks through our doors feels genuinely valued and listened to. Care plans are built around the individual, not the other way around, and we regularly review these together with residents and their loved ones to make sure we are getting things right. Our team take the time to get to know each resident properly, understanding their routines, preferences, histories and what matters most to them day to day. We believe that good care is rooted in real relationships, and we are committed to maintaining the dignity and independence of every person in our care. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of good, which reflects the efforts of our whole team and the trust that residents and families place in us.
