This means we work with a wide range of people, each with their own needs, preferences and personalities, and we take the time to understand what matters most to each individual. No two people are the same, and we do not treat them as though they are. Our team in Bridlington works closely with residents and their families to make sure that support plans are meaningful and personal. We believe that good care is built on honest relationships and consistent, attentive support. We aim to give people as much choice and independence as possible in their day to day lives, whether that means how they spend their time, what they eat, or how their routine is shaped. For those who come to us for respite care, we understand that this can feel like a big step for both the individual and their family. We do everything we can to make short stays feel comfortable and familiar from the very first day. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of good, which reflects the effort and commitment our whole team brings to their work each day.
