About Roshini Care Home
Roshini is a residential care home in Southall, supporting adults managing mental health conditions. We also offer respite stays. Our work is less about doing things for people than about helping a life hold its shape. Getting up, eating properly, taking medication, having something in the week that belongs to the person rather than to their care. For many of those living here, mental ill health has made those ordinary rhythms hard to sustain alone, and a settled household of people who know you well is what makes them possible again. Southall is diverse in language, faith and food, and we treat that as something to build the household around rather than to accommodate at the edges. Being spoken to in your own language, and eating food that means something to you, matter a great deal when much else has been unsettled. Progress is uneven and does not follow a timetable, so we try to be steady rather than to push, and we do not treat a difficult week as a failure or a reason to give up on somebody. The Care Quality Commission rates us good overall. Please do visit, and please do ask the awkward questions.
