Here at Woodham Grange, we are proud to be a care home rooted in the heart of Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, supporting people to live well and feel genuinely at home with us. We specialise in residential care for younger adults, including those living with a learning disability or autism. We also offer respite care, providing short term support for people and their families when it is needed most. We were pleased to receive a rating of "Good" from the Care Quality Commission at our most recent inspection, and we continue to reflect on our practice and look for ways to improve. That judgement matters to us, not simply as a measure but as a prompt to keep asking whether we are doing right by the people in our care.
