We also offer residential care, physical disability support and short term respite care, meaning we can be there for people and their families at different stages and in different circumstances. Our team works hard to get to know each person properly, understanding not just their care needs but their routines, preferences and what matters most to them day to day. We believe that good care starts with good listening, and we take the time to build real relationships with residents and their loved ones. We are pleased to hold a "good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the consistent effort our staff put in across every aspect of the home. It is something we are proud of, though we always look for ways to keep improving and to raise the bar further.
