About The Pines
Here at The Pines, we are a residential care home based in Redruth, Cornwall, and we are proud to support the people who live with us to lead full, comfortable and meaningful lives. We specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, as well as younger adults who need a caring and structured environment to call home. Alongside our permanent residential placements, we also offer respite care, giving individuals and their families the opportunity to take a break knowing their loved one is in a safe and welcoming place. Cornwall is a wonderful part of the world, and we feel that living here genuinely shapes the relaxed, community rooted atmosphere we try to create at The Pines. We make the most of what the local area has to offer, encouraging the people we support to stay connected to their communities and to enjoy the countryside and coastline on their doorstep. We understand that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a family can make, and we never take that trust lightly. Our focus is on truly getting to know each person, understanding their history, preferences and goals, and building support around them as individuals rather than fitting them into a one size fits all routine. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good, which reflects the genuine commitment of our whole team to providing thoughtful, consistent and respectful care every day. If you are looking for residential support for yourself or someone close to you, whether on a longer term or short term respite basis, we would love to hear from you. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at The Pines to have an informal conversation about how we might be able to help.
