About Rosedale House
Here at Rosedale House, we are a care home based in Bristol, providing residential support for older people, younger adults, and those who need a short stay through respite care. We are proud to have received a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the genuine effort our whole team puts into making this a place where people feel at home. We know that choosing a care home, whether for yourself or for someone you love, is one of the most important decisions a family can make. We do not take that lightly. From the moment someone walks through our doors, we want them to feel welcomed, respected, and heard. Our approach is built around getting to know each person as an individual, understanding their routines, preferences, and what matters most to them in daily life. Our team supports people with a range of needs across residential care, and we work hard to make sure that younger adults in our care receive the same thoughtful, tailored attention as our older residents. Everyone deserves to live well, and we put real thought into how we can make that happen for each person in our care. For those joining us on a respite basis, perhaps while a family carer takes a break or during a period of recovery, we aim to make the experience as comfortable and reassuring as possible. A short stay should still feel like a proper home, not just a temporary arrangement. We are firmly rooted in the Bristol community and value the connections we have built locally over the years. If you would like to find out more about life at Rosedale House or come and have a look around, we would be very happy to hear from you.
