About Acorn House Care Centre
Acorn House Care Centre is a residential care home in Blackburn, and we look after older people who need daily support, including those living with dementia. We also take people for respite stays, whether that is a planned break for a family carer or a period of recovery after illness. We are not a nursing home, so what we offer is everyday life properly supported. Our staff help with washing, dressing, mobility and medication, and they do it without rushing anybody.
