About The Hawthorns ()
Here at The Hawthorns in Evesham, Worcestershire, we provide nursing home care for older adults in a warm and genuinely homely environment. We are proud to have been rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, a recognition that means a great deal to everyone who works here and reflects the effort our team puts in each and every day. We care for people with a range of needs, including nursing care, dementia care and support for those living with a physical disability. We also offer respite care for those who need a short term stay, whether to recover after a period of illness or to give family carers a much needed break. Whatever brings someone to us, we do our best to make sure they feel settled, respected and genuinely at home from the moment they arrive. Dementia care is something we take particularly seriously. We understand how unsettling a move can be for someone living with dementia, and we work closely with families to make the transition as smooth as possible. Our approach is built around understanding each person as an individual, knowing their history, their preferences and what brings them comfort. Our nursing team provides round the clock clinical support, and we work alongside GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals to make sure each resident receives the right care at the right time. Families are always welcome here, and we believe that maintaining those connections is a vital part of wellbeing. Evesham is a lovely town and we feel fortunate to be part of this community. If you are considering care for yourself or someone you love, we would be very happy to welcome you for a visit and show you around. Please do get in touch; we are always glad to have a conversation.
