About Cedar Lodge
Cedar Lodge in Nuneaton is a nursing home caring for adults who need nursing support alongside help with everyday life. Having qualified nurses on the team means we can look after people whose health needs would be beyond a residential home, and it means residents are not moved on each time their needs change. We support older adults with ongoing conditions, managing medication, nutrition, skin care, pain and comfort while helping with washing, dressing and mobility in a way that keeps as much as possible in the resident's own hands. We care for people living with mental health conditions, where a settled environment, a routine that can be relied upon and staff who notice early changes matter more than anything else we can offer. We also support younger adults whose conditions require nursing care, and we plan their days around their own interests rather than the pattern that happens to suit the majority. Respite stays are available for families needing a planned break or extra support after a spell in hospital. We want this to feel like a home and not a ward: proper meals, real conversation, a settled routine and staff who know people as individuals. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please come and see us and ask us anything.
