About Moorlands Nursing Home
We are Moorlands Nursing Home in Lightwater, Surrey. We provide nursing care for older people and for younger adults with nursing needs, including people living with dementia, people with a physical disability and people with sight or hearing loss. We also take respite admissions for short planned stays and for people recovering after illness or surgery. Qualified nurses are on duty around the clock, which means medication, wound and pressure care, continence support, management of long term conditions and care at the end of life are all handled here, in surroundings that stay domestic rather than clinical. For people living with dementia we keep the day familiar and follow the person's lead.
