About Rosewood
Here at Rosewood, we provide nursing home care for people in Horley, Surrey, and the surrounding communities. Our home supports a wide range of individuals, including older adults, younger adults, people living with a learning disability or autism, and those with a physical disability. We also offer respite care for people who need a short break or a period of recovery. We are proud to have received a "good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the standard of care our team works hard to maintain every day. That rating matters to us not as a badge, but as a reflection of what the people living here and their families actually experience. Nursing care sits at the heart of what we do. Our nursing staff are on hand around the clock, meaning that residents with complex or changing health needs are supported safely and with real attention to who they are as individuals. We take time to understand each person's history, preferences and routines, because good care cannot be delivered without that understanding. We recognise that the people who come to live with us, or who stay for a shorter period of respite, are doing so at a significant point in their lives. That is not something we take lightly. Whether someone is joining us permanently or for a temporary stay, we want them to feel genuinely at home and properly looked after. Our team in Horley works closely with families, health professionals and community services to make sure that the care we provide is joined up and responsive. We are always happy to speak with families who are exploring their options, and we welcome visits so that people can see the home for themselves before making any decisions.
