Here at The Grange, we provide nursing home care for adults in the heart of Chertsey, Surrey. We are proud to support a wide range of individuals, including older people, those living with dementia, adults with physical disabilities, people with visual or hearing impairments, and younger adults who require nursing level support. We also offer respite care for those who need a short stay, whether to recover after a hospital admission or to give family carers a well earned break. Our team works hard to understand each person who comes through our doors as an individual, taking time to learn about their history, preferences, and what matters most to them in daily life. Good care, in our view, is built on trust and consistency, so we focus on making sure residents and their families feel genuinely heard and involved in decisions about care. We were pleased to receive a rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission at our most recent inspection. We see this as a reflection of the everyday effort our staff put in, though we are always looking at how we can improve and grow. Dementia care is an area we take particularly seriously. We know how important it is for people living with dementia to feel safe, calm, and familiar with their surroundings, and we tailor our approach accordingly. Equally, we recognise that residents living with physical disabilities or sensory impairments may need adjustments to how care is delivered, and we work to get those details right.
