About Roseworth Lodge Care Home
We are Roseworth Lodge Care Home, a nursing home in Stockton on Tees. We look after older people who need qualified nursing alongside help with daily living, and we also support younger adults with nursing needs and people living with dementia or a physical disability. Respite stays are part of what we offer, whether a family carer needs a break or someone needs care while they get their strength back. Having nurses on duty at all hours means we can manage changing health needs without someone having to move again. Families often tell us that is the reassurance they were looking for, and it is the reason we invest in keeping our nursing team steady. What happens in between the care is just as important to us. People wake when they wake, eat what they enjoy and keep their own routines, their own furniture and their own company. We ask about the details, the old job, the football team, the time of day someone likes to be left in peace, because those are the things that keep a person recognisably themselves. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We are open with relatives when something changes and equally open when something has gone wrong. If you would like to see the home, please ring and arrange a visit at a time that suits you rather than us.
