Here at Abbeycrest Nursing Home, we provide nursing and personal care for people in the heart of Reading, Oxfordshire. We are a nursing home that supports older adults, people living with dementia, younger adults, and those who need short term respite care, so our doors are open to a fairly wide range of people and circumstances. Respite care is something we are also well set up to provide. Whether a family carer needs a short break or someone is recovering after a stay in hospital, we welcome people for shorter periods and try to make that time as comfortable and settled as possible. We were rated Good by the Care Quality Commission at our most recent inspection, which we are pleased about, though we are always looking at where we can do better.
