About Charlotte House
Charlotte House is a nursing home in Isleworth caring for adults who need qualified nursing support alongside help with everyday living. Registered nurses are on duty at all hours, so clinical needs can be met here rather than through repeated journeys elsewhere. Most of the people who live with us are older and many are living with dementia. We build the day around the person wherever the rota allows. Mornings that are not rushed. Food somebody actually wants. Familiar music. Staff who can tell whether company is welcome or whether quiet would be better. For people living with dementia we keep the constants steady and follow their pace. We also support people living with mental health conditions, working alongside community teams so that support stays joined up, and people with physical disabilities, where the right equipment and real respect for how somebody prefers to be helped make all the difference. Younger adults with nursing needs live here too. Respite stays are available, whether a family carer needs a planned break or somebody needs nursing support for a few weeks while regaining strength. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please arrange to visit if you would like to see the home and meet the team.
