We support a wide range of individuals, including older people living with dementia, younger adults, people with learning disabilities or autism, and those with physical disabilities or visual and hearing impairments. We also offer respite care for those who need a shorter stay, whether planned or at short notice. Our team works hard to get to know each person properly, not just their care needs but who they are, what matters to them, and how they like their days to look. We believe good care starts with listening, and we try to make sure every resident feels genuinely at home here rather than simply looked after. We are pleased to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the consistent effort our staff put in day to day. It means a great deal to us because it is based on the experiences of the people living here and those who care about them. Fareham is a lovely part of Hampshire and we feel lucky to be rooted in this community. Families are always welcome to visit and we encourage people to stay involved in their loved one's life here. We know that choosing a nursing home is one of the biggest decisions a family will face, and we do not take that lightly.
