About Neem Tree Care
Neem Tree Care is a nursing home in Greenford, in the London Borough of Ealing. We care for older people and younger adults who need skilled nursing, for people living with dementia, for adults with physical disabilities and for people with sight or hearing loss. We also take respite bookings. Having qualified nurses on duty at every hour means we can look after people with substantial health needs on site and manage periods of illness here rather than through repeated hospital admissions. Our care staff work alongside the nursing team and know the people living here well enough to notice when somebody is not themselves. We also work hard to keep this somewhere people live. Rooms hold people's own furniture and photographs. The day has a shape without being regimented, there is company for those who want it and peace for those who do not, and the food is meant to be looked forward to. For people living with dementia we keep surroundings calm and familiar, learn about earlier lives so conversation has somewhere to go, and train staff to work with how somebody experiences the world rather than contradicting them. For those whose sight is failing, we describe what is around them and keep things where they expect to find them. Families are welcome and involved in decisions. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. Please ring to arrange a visit.
