About Allenbrook Home ()Ltd
Here at Allenbrook Home in Halesowen, Dudley, we provide nursing care for people with a wide range of needs, and we take real pride in getting to know every person who comes through our doors as an individual rather than a list of requirements. We support older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We also offer respite care for those who need a short break from their usual arrangements, whether that is planned or at short notice. Because our residents come to us with such varied backgrounds and circumstances, we work hard to make sure our approach is flexible and genuinely centred on each person. Our nursing team is on hand around the clock, and we place a great deal of importance on continuity, so that residents and their families can build real relationships with the people caring for them. Families are always welcome here, and we encourage them to stay involved in the life of their loved one as much as they wish to be. We were pleased to receive a rating of "good" from the Care Quality Commission at our most recent inspection, and we see that as a reflection of the everyday effort our whole team puts in, not just something that happens at inspection time. Life at Allenbrook Home is about more than meeting care needs. We want people to feel at home, to have things to look forward to, and to hold onto the things that matter to them. Whether someone is with us for a short stay or becomes a long term resident, we want their time here to feel settled, respected, and as comfortable as possible. If you would like to find out more or come and have a look around, please do get in touch. We are always happy to talk.
