About Jason Hylton Court
Here at Jason Hylton Court, we are a nursing home based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire, and we are proud to offer a genuine home from home for the people who live with us and their families. We support older people, younger adults, and those who need nursing care or a period of respite. Whether someone joins us for a short stay to recover after a hospital admission or makes Jason Hylton Court their permanent home, we work hard to make sure they feel known, respected, and well looked after from the moment they arrive. Nursing care sits at the heart of what we do. Our team works closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to make sure that medical needs are met properly and consistently, without losing sight of the person behind the care plan. We believe that good nursing goes hand in hand with kindness, and we take both seriously. Respite care is something we approach with particular care. We understand that families and carers sometimes need a break, and equally that the person coming to stay may feel anxious about an unfamiliar environment. We do our best to make any stay with us feel as comfortable and reassuring as possible, however long or short it may be. We were pleased to receive a rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission at our most recent inspection. We see that as a reflection of the effort our whole team puts in every day, and also as a reminder that there is always more we can do to improve. If you are thinking about care for yourself or for someone you love, we would warmly welcome you to come and have a look around and ask us anything you would like to know. We are always happy to talk things through.
