Here at Cedar Court, we are proud to be a trusted nursing home in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, providing a genuine home from home for the people who live with us and peace of mind for their families. We care for older adults across a range of needs, including nursing care, dementia care, respite care and support for those living with eating disorders. Each person who comes through our doors brings their own story, preferences and routines, and we work hard to understand and respect all of that from the very beginning. Our team includes registered nurses and experienced care staff who are here around the clock. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Whether someone is staying with us for a short respite break or has made Cedar Court their long term home, we tailor the support we offer to what that individual actually needs, not what is easiest for us. Dementia care is something we take particularly seriously. We know how disorientating and distressing this condition can be, both for the person living with it and for those who love them. Our approach is calm, consistent and centred on maintaining dignity and familiarity wherever possible. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in a rating of Good across the board.
