About Wyndley Grange Nursing Home
Wyndley Grange is a nursing home in Sutton Coldfield caring for adults who need qualified nursing support alongside help with everyday living. Registered nurses are on duty at all hours, which means clinical needs can be met here rather than through repeated journeys elsewhere. Most of the people who live with us are older and many are living with dementia. The nursing side of our work sits inside something broader and, to residents, probably more important. Unhurried mornings. Meals worth sitting down to. Company when it is wanted and quiet when it is not. Staff who know a person well enough to notice when they are not themselves. For people living with dementia, the constants carry most of the weight. Familiar faces, a predictable shape to the day, food and music from the right part of a life, and nobody rushing or correcting. We build around what somebody can still do rather than listing what has gone. Younger adults with nursing needs live here too, and we try to make sure the life of the home has something in it for them rather than assuming one shared afternoon suits everybody. Respite stays are available. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please arrange to visit if you would like to see the home.
