About Pebble Mill Care Home
Here at Pebble Mill Care Home in Birmingham, we provide nursing care for people who need a high level of support in a calm and genuinely homely environment. We work with older adults, younger adults, and people living with physical disabilities, and we also offer respite care for those who need a short break or some temporary support. We are proud to have received a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, and we think that reflects the straightforward, honest approach we take to looking after the people who live with us. It means a great deal to our team to know that what we do day to day is recognised in that way. Our nursing care is at the heart of everything we do. We have qualified nurses on site who get to know each resident properly, working closely with families and healthcare professionals to make sure care plans reflect what each person actually needs and wants. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach. People come to us with different histories, different preferences, and different goals, and we take all of that seriously. For those who come to us for respite care, we want the experience to feel as comfortable and welcoming as a longer stay. Settling into a new place, even temporarily, can feel daunting, and we put real effort into making sure people feel at ease from the moment they arrive. We are also very much part of the wider Birmingham community. Staying connected to the people and places that matter to residents is something we actively encourage and support wherever we can. If you would like to find out more about Pebble Mill Care Home or come and see us for yourself, we would be very happy to hear from you.
