About Grange Care Home
Here at Barnet Grange Care Home, we provide nursing care for older adults, people living with dementia, those with physical disabilities and visual or hearing impairments, as well as younger adults who need additional support. We also offer respite care for those who need a short term stay, whether to recover after a period in hospital or to give family members and carers some breathing space. We are based in Barnet and our team works hard every day to make sure the people in our care feel genuinely at home here. We get to know each resident as an individual, understanding their routines, their preferences and the things that matter most to them, and we build care around that rather than the other way around. We want to be straightforward with anyone considering Barnet Grange for themselves or a loved one. Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in an overall rating of requires improvement, and we take that seriously. We have been working through the feedback carefully and making meaningful changes to how we operate. We believe families deserve honesty, and we would rather have that conversation openly than gloss over it. If you visit us, we are happy to talk through exactly what we have been doing in response and where things stand today. What we can tell you is that the people living here are at the centre of everything we do. Our nursing team brings genuine skill and attentiveness to their work, and the wider staff group put real effort into creating a warm and settled atmosphere day to day. If you would like to find out more or come and see us for yourself, please do get in touch. We would be glad to show you around and answer any questions you might have.
