About Helping Hands
At Helping Hands Worcester, we provide home care support to people living in Worcester and the surrounding areas of Worcestershire. We are proud to have received a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the genuine commitment our team brings to the work we do each day. We support a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with dementia, a learning disability, autism, a physical disability, or a visual or hearing impairment. Because we come to people in their own homes, we are able to offer support that fits around real life rather than asking people to fit around us. That matters to us enormously. Home care is not one size fits all, and we do not treat it that way. Whether someone needs a little help with daily routines, or more substantial support throughout the day, we work closely with the person and their family to understand what good care actually looks like for them. That conversation is always the starting point. For those living with dementia or other conditions that affect communication and cognition, we take particular care to build familiarity and trust over time. Consistency matters, and we do our best to ensure that people see familiar faces rather than a revolving door of different carers. We are based in Worcester and know this community well. That local knowledge means we are accessible and responsive, and it means we genuinely understand the lives of the people we support. If you are considering home care for yourself or someone close to you, we would very much welcome a conversation. There is no pressure and no obligation. We simply want to help you understand your options and work out whether we are the right fit for you.
