About Happylife Care
Happylife Care provides care and support at home for people in Worcester and the surrounding area. We are a home care agency, so our care workers come to you, at times you have agreed, and the support fits into the life you already have. We support older people, including many living with dementia, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults. Supporting people that different from one another means never assuming, so we begin with a proper conversation about how somebody lives now and what would genuinely help. Visits might cover personal care, support with medication, meals and shopping, help keeping a household running, or company and a dependable presence for someone who finds the days long. We keep the same care workers with the same people wherever we can, because good home care depends on somebody knowing you well enough to notice when things change. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission was good. We treat it as a baseline rather than an achievement and keep checking our own work in between. If you are looking into care for yourself or a relative, please get in touch. We are happy to talk it through with no obligation and to be honest if another kind of support would suit you better.
