About Hales Group
Hales Group in Worcester provides care in people's own homes across the city and the surrounding parts of Worcestershire. Our purpose is to make home a workable place to be cared for, so that people keep their own surroundings, their own habits and their own say in how the day runs. The people we support have a wide range of needs. We visit older adults who need help with personal care, medication, meals and staying safe, and people living with dementia, where familiarity and an unhurried manner do more good than anything else. We support adults with a learning disability or autism, aiming to build confidence rather than take over, and people living with mental health conditions, where a steady relationship and early attention to changes matter most. We work with people who have physical disabilities, and we support people living with eating disorders and people affected by alcohol or drug misuse, without judgement and at the pace they set. We also support younger adults, whose lives are organised around work, study and family. We aim to send the same small team to each person, because continuity is what makes care feel like care rather than a series of appointments. We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. Please contact us with any questions before you decide anything.
