About Eclipse HomeCare
We are Eclipse HomeCare in Worcester, supporting people in their own homes across the city and the wider county. The people we work with are varied. We support older people and people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people managing a mental health condition, people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment, younger adults building independence, and people whose lives have been affected by alcohol or drug use. That range means we take time at the start to understand a person's situation properly before agreeing anything. Support might be a short daily call, several visits across the day, or something more substantial where a person needs a steady presence to remain at home. We help with personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and getting out and about. Where someone can still do something themselves, we support them to carry on doing it. We work hard on continuity, sending the same carers to the same people wherever the rota allows, because knowing who is coming through the door changes how home care feels. It is also how problems get spotted early by someone who knows what normal looks like for that person. Our staff are trained for the work they do and supervised properly, and we liaise with GPs, district nurses, social workers and community teams. Our most recent CQC overall rating is good. Please call us to talk things through.
