About The Business Centre
We provide care and support in people's own homes across Redditch and the surrounding part of Worcestershire. Our work is with older adults, younger adults, people living with dementia, people with learning disabilities and autistic people, and people living with physical disabilities. Our task is to make home a workable place to stay when daily life has become hard to manage alone. Where we support younger adults and people with learning disabilities the emphasis moves from care towards enabling. The point is getting to work or college, running a home and seeing the people they choose, with us doing only the parts that genuinely need doing. We keep the same small teams with the same households as far as the rota allows, because a familiar carer is a welcome visitor rather than an intrusion.
