Arrangements are reviewed as needs change rather than left to run on. We keep the same carers visiting the same people wherever the rota allows, because trust makes everything about this work easier. Our staff are trained for the work they take on and properly supervised. We keep families informed and work alongside GPs, community nurses and social workers.
