About Alina Homecare
Alina Homecare Lancing supports people in their own homes across Lancing and the surrounding parts of West Sussex. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, those managing a mental health condition or an eating disorder, people with a physical disability, people living with a visual or hearing impairment, and adults working through problems with alcohol or drugs. We also support younger adults. That is a very wide range of people, and it is why we plan every arrangement individually rather than offering a fixed package. We begin by talking properly with the person about how they want their life to run, what they manage well themselves and where support would genuinely help, and we set that out in plain language so everybody knows what good support looks like. Visits can cover personal care, medication, meals, household tasks, shopping, appointments and company. Where someone is managing a mental health condition, an eating disorder or an addiction, we work alongside the health professionals already involved so that what we do supports their plan rather than cutting across it. We do not judge and we do not lecture. We keep teams small so people see familiar faces, train carers for the needs they will actually meet, and make sure families can reach someone. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch for a conversation.
