So we keep teams small and local, brief staff properly before they start with somebody new, and avoid unannounced substitutions. Where a person's needs call for particular knowledge, whether that is recovery from addiction, an eating disorder, advanced dementia or a way of communicating that is not speech, we make sure the people visiting understand it and we work alongside the relevant clinical and community teams.
