Right at Home Chichester and Bognor Regis provides care and support to people in their own homes across the area. We agree a plan from that, involving family or an advocate if the person wishes, and we revise it when circumstances change rather than leaving it to sit. We think carefully about who visits whom, taking account of interests and temperament as well as the practical help needed, and we keep the same small team with each person so that nobody is greeted by a stranger.
